Personal Assistant of CFO

Main responsibilities:

  • Overall management of administrative work flow of CFO (including coordination of related staff and departments);
  • Management of the CFO's daily work schedule, supervision and coordination with external parties of all appointments, meetings and travel arrangements;
  • Timely preparation of all external, internal and board meetings (documents and presentations required);
  • Management of all outgoing and incoming phone calls, e-mail and written correspondence of CFO;
  • Timely preparation and supervision of all relevant processes for the support of the CFO's administrative duties (approvals, reporting requirements, legal documents, etc.);
  • Conduct of special tasks (e.g. conduct of information research activities, support at fairs or conferences, support CFO with his work in international organizations, associations);

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant;
  • English - advanced;
  • Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills;
  • Advanced user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment;
  • Attentiveness to details;
  • Ability to work handle multiple tasks, overtimes.
