Main responsibilities:
- Overall management of administrative work flow of CFO (including coordination of related staff and departments);
- Management of the CFO's daily work schedule, supervision and coordination with external parties of all appointments, meetings and travel arrangements;
- Timely preparation of all external, internal and board meetings (documents and presentations required);
- Management of all outgoing and incoming phone calls, e-mail and written correspondence of CFO;
- Timely preparation and supervision of all relevant processes for the support of the CFO's administrative duties (approvals, reporting requirements, legal documents, etc.);
- Conduct of special tasks (e.g. conduct of information research activities, support at fairs or conferences, support CFO with his work in international organizations, associations);
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant;
- English - advanced;
- Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills;
- Advanced user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment;
- Attentiveness to details;
- Ability to work handle multiple tasks, overtimes.
