FEA Manager

Duties:

Working with suppliers from Europe and Southeast Asia, document management:

• Negotiating with suppliers in English business correspondence
• Preparation of international contracts with suppliers 

Organisation of international transport, work with freight forwarding companies and their control:

• Shipment planning with the supplier: coordination of samples, request for shipment, confirmation of the date of shipment, coordination of shipment documents.
• Analysis of cargo delivery by sea. Controlling the timing of container shipments. Choosing the optimal line.
• Search for new freight forwarders. Monitoring of the sea, road and consolidated transport market.
• Preparation and carrying out of the tender offer of delivery of cargoes by the automobile and sea way.

Preparation of a package of documents for customs clearance, and control of release:

• Sending and preparation of documents related to previous border crossings.
• Representation of the company’s interests in customs authorities. Customs payments, control of payments, analysis of balances at customs.
• Checking documents for completeness and quality for customs clearance.
• Preparation of a package of documents for customs clearance of goods.
• Cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine and Derzhzovnishinform, obtaining relevant conclusions confirming the price

Maintaining the supply chain base in 1C 8.3

Requirements:

• Higher education, economic degree in the field of external economypreferable;
• Confident PC user: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, 1C;
• English level from A2 
• Work experience in foreign economic activity / logistics: from 2 years
• Experience in organizing international transport from Europe, Southeast Asia
• Ability to think systematically and clearly, analytical mind;
• Personal qualities: attentiveness, sociability, independence, organization.

• Working hours: 5/2 Mon Fri from 9.00 to 18.00.
• The trial period is 3 months.
