Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for UK 

English language proficiency: C1 is REQUIRED

Opus Outsourcing are looking for Virtual CRM professionals with Fluent English (C1). Training will be provided so experience is not necessary, although an advantage. Our business is targeted at UK customers looking to purchase home appliances, so this is a B2C role. 

Location: 

• Ukraine.
• Remote work / virtual office. 
• Full time contract 11am to 7pm
• Some flexibility is possible on hours. 

Salary: 

• Based on experience. USD 500+ p / m plus performance bonuses. 
• Language Skills: 
• English language proficiency: C1 is REQUIRED

Role: 

Your role will be that of Customer Relationship Manager working with a successful UK home appliance brand. The UK brand is expanding its operations and you will be assisting their customers in the online buying process. This is not a technical role, more a kind, enthusiastic voice on the phone helping people through a simple website purchase. Opus Outsourcing will provide training, systems and support. 

Daily tasks:

Answering phone calls from customers wishing to purchase home appliances

Assisting them with queries about the product (we will provide all training on this)

Helping them through a website purchase in simple steps
