Head of urban delivery business

For the last 20 years, FM Logistic has been steadily developing in Ukraine. We are the largest 3PL operator that serves a balanced portfolio of international and local companies in the FMCG, retail, perfume & cosmetics, industrial manufacturing and healthcare industries.

We are looking for Head of Urban Delivery Operations to join our Domestic transport department at FM Logistic Ukraine.

Key Accountabilities:

• Set the strategy of urban delivery business together with transport director;
• Implementing short and long term development plans;
• Manage workforce: lead, direct, evaluate, and develop staff;
• Participate in team’s creation; 
• Making important managerial and operational decisions;
• Manage & develop relationships with existing clients, develop new clients; 
• Monitor key performance indicators and be involved in daily operations;
• Oversee the budget, monitor the performance of all supply and logistics activities against these goals;
• Liaise with other departments across the organization to ensure Urban Delivery Operations strategies and activities integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall objectives.

Profile:

• Three to five years of experience in transport operations;
• Previous supervisory or management experience;
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent project management, planning and organizing skills;
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers and staff at all organizational levels;
• Fluent English, Urban deliveries experience will be considered as an advantage
