For the last 20 years, FM Logistic has been steadily developing in Ukraine. We are the largest 3PL operator that serves a balanced portfolio of international and local companies in the FMCG, retail, perfume & cosmetics, industrial manufacturing and healthcare industries.

We are looking for Project specialist who will take part in ambitious project of Workday cloud ERP implementation across all FM countries.

 Main objectives:

• Support implemented functionalities (Workday HCM & Talent management modules);
• Lead implementation of new projects (pre-assessment, realization & post go-life support); 
• Pre-assess and adapt the new system design and processes to Company requirements and Ukrainian legislation;
• Proactively identify and efficiently resolve project related issues;
• Be first point of contact for global project team (France);
• Perform Workday functional and operational testing, report of all defects and inconsistences to local requirements and track their further processing;
• Train end users & key users; 
• Prepare and adapt training materials for local key & end users: train on new system navigation in the context of target audiences;
• Deliver regular reporting to stakeholders, both in Ukraine and Headquarter;

We are ready to consider candidates with HR or Project Management experience. 

General requirements:

• Upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English is a must;
• Experience with ERP system implementation (Workday, SAP, 1C, Bitrix24, Cornerstone, TalentSoft, etc.);
• Strong analytical skills, leadership, able to build and efficiently manage communications among project stakeholders, result driven, self-organized.

 Acceptable HR profile is:

• 3+ years of professional career in HR;
• General knowledge of HR related processes: HR Admin, Payroll, Recruitment, C&B, T&D;
• Project delivery experience as a team member or leader.

 Acceptable Project Management profile is:

• 3+ years in Project Management;
• ERP implementation as a team member or leader;
