Junior QA Engineer

Role description:
Viseven Team is looking for a Junior QA Engineer who will be responsible for the quality of the complicated and interesting project with a thousands of users around the Globe.
About the project: Mobile application which is using by more than 500k users. It is a client side android application connected to the cloud based file hosting & sharing platform. You'll see different interesting features like media player, data backup, encryption and so on.Hi-skilled team works on it using SCRUM/Agile methodology

• Define, develop, and implement quality assurance practices
• Work autonomously to design, develop and execute test cases
• Create test environments that emulate customer usage
• Work with Development and Support to reproduce and debug complex issues

Required skills and knowledge:

• Basic knowledge in Quality Assurance
• Understanding SDLC/ STLC
• Test design skills and working with requirements
• Understanding of client-server architecture
• Expertise in creating and maintaining Quality Assurance documentation (Test plan, test cases/checklists, defect reports, test summary reports etc.)
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles
• Excellent team player with good communication skills, stress resistance and strong attention to detail
• English from Intermediate level

Will be a plus:

• Work experience in Quality Assurance in production
• Basic knowledge and desire to develop in test automation
• Work experience in SCRUM / Agile environment
• Experience of work with mock-ups designing
• Experience in testing native/hybrid mobile applications (IOS / Android)
• Knowledge of Java programming language
• Automation/performance testing frameworks (mobile), such as jUnit, Espresso
• Web automation frameworks like Selenium
