Business Controller

The rapidly expanding team includes more than 500+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Vynnytsia (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), Saint John (Canada), and Bridgewater, NJ (USA).

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze prices and cost of services produced to support sales growth and improve/protect margin and profitability
• Deliver agreed analytical reports
• Participate in business processes re-engineering and automatization
• Ad hoc analyses at the management's request
• Assistance in budgeting and forecasting process
• Deep diving into various operational issues to bring efficiency and cost savings
• Deal with Production, R&D. HR, IT and other units on financial matters

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Experience in audit, accounting, financial analysis or other related field - minimum 2-3 years
• Proficient user in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in reporting/financial systems (1C is an advantage)
• Experience in Power BI is an advantage
• Experience in IT companies would be a big plus
• Good presentation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive attitude and analytical mindset
• Result oriented and highly ambitious: responsibility and readiness to act independently and take ownership for the results
• Intermediate English Level
