Chief Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and manage the accounting and tax team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage and oversee the entire accounting team (including tax, treasury, IFRS reporting) - 16 people;
• Delivering a full range of tax compliance, Identify and mitigate tax risks;
• Manage and coordinate tax audits;
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup;
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations;
• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries;
• Timely closing, no added tax charges;
• Ensure Monthly closing in SAP;
• Perform cash flow forecasting, participate in budgeting;
• Working closely with the SAP project team;
• Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance;
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices;
• Prepare all tax papers on a regular basis and handle all information data requests.

Qualifications:

• Finance degree;
• At least 5 years of experience in finance (2 of them in Manager position);
• Ability to work within time framework;
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills;
• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance;
• English - Upper-Intermediate.
