English Speaking Customer Relationship Manager / Customer Support Manager - Remote Job

WATCHES OF MAYFAIR - high-end luxury goods supplier with headquarters in London, brunches in Hong Kong, Australia and Mexico is looking for English Speaking Customer Relationship Manager (emails, chat, phone calls) to join our remote Customer Support team.

For the past seven years, we gained an excellent reputation, thousands of satisfied customers all over the world, by supplying them with top-brand watches, jewellery, and accessories.

We are establishing our Customer Service Centre and looking for a few new staff members of our international team. 

Joining our company, you will get valuable experience of dealing with various customer queries and pleasant emotions of assisting our clients in choosing the best gift option for their special occasions.

The role includes:

• Processing new enquiries via email, chat and taking phone calls;
• Handling complaints and product issues;
• Providing information about existing Orders, product availability and other questions about company products and services;
• Cooperating with other teams to reach goals;
• Processing new orders, processing changes in existing orders.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (both spoken and written);
• Work experience with English speaking audience/international clients;
• Experience in customer service or sales or business development role;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Experience in a high load e-commerce project;
• High level of self-discipline and responsibility.
