Scrum Master

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Scrum theory and Agile principles
• Leadership, communication and facilitation skills
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
• Ability to create an environment for self-organization

Will be a plus:

• Scrum Master certification
• Technical background (QA/Developer/BA)

Responsibilities

As part of the role you will:

• Ensure that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules
• Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality;
• Remove impediments to the Development Team's progress;
• Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to maintaining the product backlog;
• Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed
• Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization

Addition to that you will be responsible for:

• Team reports management
• Help in starting communities of practice
• Events organization for teams
