Telecontact Zhytomyr is an international contact center that is looking for English speaking call-center operators to prepare a new project. Our company cares deeply about operator's personal development and comfort. We are ready to expand our team.
Responsibilities:
- assisting clients from English-speaking countries 24/7: providing consultations, presenting products to make client interested in it, helping them to make decision to buy it right now or to chose time for a meeting;
- working on a flexible time schedule that is split to three shifts;
- provide assistance by making outbound calls, answering phone calls, chatting and via e-mail;
- ensuring customers' satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate:
- attentive, single-minded, stress-resistant, confident;
- has upper-intermediate to advanced written and spoken English;
- can clearly express thoughts and justify it in English;
- team-player or can be a part of it;
- can analyze different situations and is a creative person.
Will be a great plus:
- experience in sales;
- experience with native speakers;
- customer service skills and experience.
