- HR BP to support A&E (CIS) employees who will be managed by DXC Luxoft while staying on DXC legal entities
- Responsibilities:Summary/Objective
• Provide connection between Luxoft HR Development and DXC HR functions in order to support DXC Luxoft employees
• Provide professional guidance on Luxoft talent management processes and understand how to manage those for DXC staff
• Have a good understanding of working in matrix organization and provide support for managers and team member
• Make partnerships across internal HR functions (LMD, HR Operations, EB, C&B) in order to deliver value-added service to management and team members that reflects the business objectives of the organization
• Work as a trusted advisor to management on Luxoft human resource-related issues, being a change agent
• Assess and anticipate HR-related needs - Mandatory Skills Description:Employee Engagement, HR Consultancy, HR Policies and Procedures, Staff Retention, Performance Management
