The Invoicing Specialist is a key role within the operational service organization, providing support and assistance in all aspects of project invoicing, billing and collection. As such the candidate will require exceptional accuracy, time-management and organizational skills.

The candidate can expect to have interactions with people across both business and operational teams at varying levels of seniority and across many different locations so should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of English language.

Responsibilities:

• Verification of invoicing and payment terms and conditions in the contracts
• Processing of invoicing documents (sales orders) in Luxoft and customer systems
• Revenue recognition processing and control
• Client acceptance data uploading to Luxoft invoicing system
• Communication with Client regarding overdue invoices

Mandatory Skills:

• Fluent English
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Experience in invoicing / administrative role
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive approach and flexible attitude
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience of gathering detailed information and consolidating/summarizing
• Ability to understand and work in a multi-cultural environment

Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of Ariba, FieldGlass, SAP
