Head of Leisure Hotels Management

At present, our hotel chain in Ukraine includes more than 40 hotels and already 5 of them - leisure & spa hotels. In the nearest time, one more resort will join our hotel chain. All these resorts operate without a unified development strategy and without a unique strategy for every hotel. We spend a lot of time and resources on such operational issues as sales, promotions and other marketing activities.

But none of us could offer a unique strategic vision for every hotel though any of our hotels have all possibilities for it. For instance, one of our resorts might be presented on the market as an Ayurveda hotel, the other one might be specialized in wellness & detox programs, the third one - mineral waters. That's why we are looking for somebody outside who can audit our resort hotels and develop a unified strategy for leisure management.

We could offer 2 options for collaboration:

• you may join Reikartz Hotel Group as the Head of Leisure Hotels Management;
• you may join our team as a Hotel Management Consultant on a temporary basis.

From the candidate we expect:

• a proven track record in hotel management for not less than 10 years;
• business management experience in Spa\Wellness\Resorts;
• successful experience in pre-opening\opening or rebranding resorts;
• strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, the ability to multi-task;
• the desire and ability to adapt and implement the best marketing practices to the Ukranian regional particularities;
• knowledge of the Russian\Ukrainian language is preferable, fluent English is a must;
