Manual QA (e-commerce product)

FS Holding is an international company with extensive experience in the production and distribution of gaming and esports peripherals, accessories, merchandise in the markets of Europe, the USA, CIS, Ukraine, and Middle East. We are an exclusive distributor of Blizzard, Riot Games, Weta Workshop products in the CIS countries. We own the GLHF (GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN) and FRAGON trademarks, which produces headphones, rugs, armchairs, and clothing for gamers. The company develops the FragStore — chain of offline and online stores of gaming and e-sports products.

We grow our development team and looking for Manual QA Engineer.
You’ll be first QA at FS Holding in a team with Project Manager and developers. But you can also communicate with TECHIIA’s internal QA community. During onboarding, an experienced QA Engineer will help you with a roadmap for your professional growth.

We are expecting from you:

• commercial experience as Manual QA 1+ year; 

• experience in e-commerce or with CMS (Magento, Open-Cart, CS-Cart, Drupal etc.); 

• expert knowledge of SDLS and bug life cycle;

• understanding of bug tracking tools (Jira);

• understanding of version control systems (Git); 

• excellent communication and collaboration skills;

• understanding of Agile principles and experience to work in a team with Scrum.

What will you do?

• identifying project test items and features to be tested and not to be tested;

• creating Test Plan;

• breaking down user-stories into QA-tasks;

• prepare Test Cases and/or Scenarios using common Test Design techniques (e.g., state transition, boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning), Test Design guidelines in accordance with requirements and based on the defined scope for Test Design;

• performing reporting and tracking of defects/issues using a defined procedure and workflow;

• performing testing without predefined Test Cases/Scenarios/Checklists (ad hoc, exploratory);

• performing/Executing testing based on predefined Test Cases and/or Scenarios, Checklists;

• collecting all testing deliverables for Test Report (such as Defect Reports, results of testing, etc.);

• developing/improving existing QA metrics which reflect product quality;

• researching project areas that can be improved and suggest improvements from QA perspective.
