Now we're looking for a HIGH motivated individual to join our team in Kyiv office as Persona Assistant and Digital  marketing manager. We would like to improve the delivery of our marketing strategy, competitive positioning, and content. We will provide you with the opportunity for professional growth, and successfully start. 

Requirements:

• Ability to think out of the box
• Flexible in timing and duties 
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and communication channels
• Market research and competitor analysis
• Social media marketing
• Understanding of Facebook/ Insta targeting
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Understanding of content writing
• Creative writing and thinking
• To have a basic understanding of PR and design
• You are in love with marketing and want to build a career as a digital marketer
• Well-organized and responsible
• Flexible and well unadopted to a different environment

Responsibilities:

•  Basic duties of administrative assistant
• - Create brand awareness which will be measured 
• - Create attractive content for social media
• - Plan, launch and optimize ads campaigns on Facebook / Instagram with a minimum budget
• Previous experience is preferable but not mandatory
