Your tasks:

  • Participation in hiring and firing employees in Operations department.

  • Organization of daily work routine and schedule for subordinate employees;

  • Development, implementation and continuous improvement of business processes, instructions, checklists, policies, protocols in Operations department. Communication and problem resolution with customers and partners in case of such need;

  • Participation in Company's goals and plans strategy development and implementation of such strategy in controlled department and/or related projects;

  • Interaction with company team members and the owner for the implementation of joint projects or other possible Operations department related needs;

  • Substituting subordinate employee in his or her's shift, if there is no other employee available;

  • Assisting subordinate employees with their daily immediate tasks in case there is such need occurs and failure to perform this tasks will lead for Company financial, reputation or both losses;

  • Achieving quarterly, semi-annual and annual targets and goals that will be set by the Company;

  • Answering calls from subordinate employees or owner 24/7 even while not in the office in case there is a need for immediate assistance.

  • Applicant requirements: Work at Kerin's position at least 3 years Experience in developing and implementing plans for reforming, restructuring institutions and optimizing, modernizing business processes;

Requirements:

  • Experience in a managerial position in the company of 2 years;
  • Experience in automating business processes;
  • Ability to make decisions and argue them;
  • Systematic approach to work;
  • English - upper intermediate;
  • Experienced user. Good command of MS Office (Access, Excel, Power Point, Word, WordPad), graphic editors (Picture Manager, CorelDRAW), work with e-mail (Outlook Express). Confident work with different browsers (Opera, Firefox, Chrome, Amigo, Internet Explorer). Skills for working with Linux and Windows operating systems.
