We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and increase our presence on the web. You will be the key driver of planning and executing our SEO strategy for the USA and EU markets. YOUR SKILLS

• Advanced level of English
• Proven  SEO for EU and US markets
• Experience in building and executing digital strategies for getting high-quality organic traffic
• Knowledge of website optimization best practices
• Strong knowledge of key Google algorithm updates and their impact on SEO
• Keen understanding of backlink analysis and white hat link building best practices
• Advanced knowledge of  SEO tools (i.e. Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz STAT, Google Search Console)
• Proficiency in working with web analytics (i.e. Google Analytics) and CRM tools, and confident leveraging data to make decisions
• Exceptional critical and strategic thinking skills
• You are a “live-long-learner”. You are constantly self-learning new concepts, acquiring new skills, exploring and testing
• Experience with GSheets would be a big plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving planning and execution of SEO strategy along with associated KPIs to measure their success
• Creating and implementing a strategy around conversion rate optimization
• Working closely with our Marketing team to identify new opportunities to grow the organic search channel in our target markets
• Working independently to create and launch campaign-based optimizations focused on improving keyword targets
• Tracking impact of SEO and content projects to ensure SEO milestones and goals are met and provide recurring progress reports to Marketing team
• Reaching out to potential partners and websites in order to execute link-building initiatives
• Performing ongoing keyword research, content and keyword mapping, discovery, expansion and optimization
• Conducting user testing and user research using various methods and tools in order to gain the most ROI organic and paid digital traffic search campaigns
• Assisting in publication of pages, site-level optimizations, improving site structure, page construction, and SEO targeting
• Staying abreast of SEO trends, signal/algorithm changes and new marketing tools. Be the company thought leader for SEO and always be learning something new!
