CRM Specialist

Duties include:

• Gathering, compiling, processing and analyzing data in CRM system, supporting CRM users and keeping the database up-to-date
• Support with drafting, editing and finalizing pitches and proposals, maintaining and updating standard materials
• Conducting different researches
• Handling the inquiries upon request

Key requirements:

• Final-year student or graduate
• Fluent in Ukrainian, English and Russian
• Working experience in marketing, sales, customer support etc. would be an advantage
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office package
• Analytical and system thinking, attention to details
• Ability to develop strong working relationship within the firm
