Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

• Taking part in marketing strategy development and realization.
• Organizing ads campaigns through different communication channels: media and context ads, e-mail marketing, SMM, outdoor advertising, POSM, SMS.
• Creating collaborative promo activities with vendors and partners.
• Analyzing the efficiency of conducted promo activities from channels and segments perspective.
• Optimizing sales funnel, conducting split tests.
• Analyzing demand and controlling the e-shop's assortment, controlling the availability of goods, work towards extending the assortment.
• Developing of site functionality, developing new sections.
• Document management with vendors and partners.
• Creating and analyzing regular reports about ads campaigns, sales and launched initiatives.
• Control and work towards improving NPS.

Minimal Requirements:

• Higher education.
• 2+ years of e-commerce work experience.
• Experience in planning and realization of efficient marketing activities in Digital.
• Experience in creating landing pages, creative materials for ads communications.
• Understanding of operating principles of search systems, social media marketing, e-mail marketing.
• Knowledge of Google AdWords, price aggregators, CPA networks operating principles.
• Skilled usage of Google Analytics
• Experience in using web sites' CMS.
• A sound grasp of Microsoft Excel.
• Being systematic, creative and innovative
• Knowledge of UI and UX design will be a plus.
