Sales manager for the USA call-center

ENGLISH SPEAKERS ONLY (upper intermediate level).

NextSales is seeking money motivated sales people to join our sales development agency working in the USA market. We are expanding our team and are looking to bring some Ukrainian sales talent to the US market.

What we need from a candidate:

• Motivated by commission
• Availability to work at US time
• Excellent English speaking
• Good American accent
• Computer skills

Our recruiting process is in two phases:

I. Training period (2-4 weeks).

During the first two weeks, we will train you in our process. The training will actually feel like work as you will be working as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for NSL Advisors. During the training period, there is no guaranteed pay, you will be working on a pay-for-performance model and you will get a commission for every sales opportunity that you will develop. This gives us an opportunity to get to know you and learn more about your work ethic. Vice versa, you will learn how it is to work with us.

II.Dedicated SDR on a trial client account

After the training period is done, if you are good, we will offer you a seat on a trial client. Trials usually last 2-4 weeks and there is a fixed base salary in USD.

• Dedicated SDR on a client account:

If your trial client converts to a partnership agreement (or we have a seat on current client account) you will get:

• a monthly salary base in USD
• qualified per meeting fixed bonus in USD and % of closed deals (% varies per client | you will always get a minimum of 50% of whatever the agreement is).
