Treasury specialist , Казначей

• Includes the option of relocating to Varna, Bulgaria, until the end of the war 

Duties and responsibilities

• Make payments in  EUR, via SEPA / SWIFT and in various crypto currencies

• Manage bank cards

• Make journal entries into Quickbooks 

• Prepare cash flow reports

• Reconcile balances with PSP (payment service providers) and with banks

• Lead correspondence with the banks on various matters (in English) 

• Payment of payroll (salaries) and ФОП-related taxes 

• Support KYC procedures

Must have skills, education and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business analytics, mathematics, business information systems, or a related field.

• Higher education (finance, economics, banking);

• 3 + year of experience in a payments/processing/billing manager role;

•  Understanding of payment systems/card payment methods, crypto wallets;

• Experienced user of MS Excel;

• English — Intermediate, not lower

• Knowledge of QuickBooks - desirable.

Terms:  

• Work schedule:  from 9-18 Kyiv time / willingness to be in touch at other agreed-upon hours, as needed
• Must be willing to  temporarily relocate to Varna, Bulgaria, until the end of the war (the company pays for the relocation and several months of rent and utilities)
• Subordination to the corporate controller

Обов'язки та відповідальність

• Здійснення платежів в євро, через SEPA / SWIFT і в різних криптовалютах;
• Керування банківськими картками;
• Записи в журналі Quickbooks;
• Звіти про рух грошових коштів;
• Звірка балансів з PSP (постачальниками платіжних послуг) і з банками;
• Листування з банками з різних питань (англійською мовою);
• Виплата заробітної плати (заробітної плати) та податків на ФОП
• Підтримка процедур KYC.

Навички та досвід:

• Ступінь бакалавра в галузі бізнес-адміністрування, бізнес-аналітики, математики, бізнес-інформаційних систем або суміжної галузі.
• Вища освіта (фінанси, економіка, банківська справа);
• 3+ роки досвіду на посаді менеджера з платежів/процесингу/білінгу;
• Розуміння платіжних систем/методів оплати картками, криптогаманців;
• Досвідчений користувач MS Excel;
• Англійська — Intermediate, не нижче
• Знання QuickBooks - бажано.
  
  Кандидат повинен бути готовий тимчасово переїхати до Варни, Болгарія, до закінчення війни (компанія оплачує переїзд, частково компенсує оренду житла та сплачує комунальні послуги)
