Lawyer

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Providing   full   legal   support   to   the   online-casino   operating   under   the   license   issued   in   Curacao, including in respect of communication with Curacao licensing authority;
• Providing full  legal  support  to various legal entities of  the Project  registered in Curacao,  Cyprus, Belize, and other jurisdictions;
• Contributing to the development of contract templates, negotiation guidelines, approval and signing procedures, contract databases, etc.;
• Reviewing,   drafting, and   assisting   with   the   negotiation   of   commercial   contracts   including   IT, marketing, and business development contracts, contracts with game providers, PSPs, AEMIs, etc.; 
• Reviewing,  drafting, and assisting with the negotiation of contracts with  Ukrainian subcontractors(private entrepreneurs);
• Ensuring that key terms of executed contracts are communicated to all personnel responsible for the performance and administration of those contracts;
• Advising on and handling (in association with external advisers) various intellectual property matters(in respect of trademarks etc.), IP-related disputes and litigation (if any);?Legal support of KYC procedures with game providers, PSPs, AEMIs, and other similar entities;
• Liaising and working with various departments (Finance, Marketing, IT) to support the delivery of business and objectives;
• Managing relationships with external law firms,   providers of corporate services to ensure they provide high-quality services at a reasonable cost.
  
  Skills / experience:
  
  
• Excellent academic credentials in law from top law school/university;
• 5+   years of   PQE,   including at least   2+   years of experience in providing legal support to online gambling, fintech, and/or IT projects;
• Knowledge  &   experience  in  online   gambling,   IT, and/or crypto/fintech law;
• Good knowledge and understanding of international corporate & commercial laws, banking laws & regulations, etc;
• Proven experience in providing high-caliber legal support;
• Fluent English (including legal drafting).
