Project Manager, mechanical/design engineering

Full-time, Kharkiv office.

Build and maintain customer relationships, coordinate projects, meet and exceed customer's expectations via timely and accurate estimating, and by providing excellent customer service.

Duties:

• Manage customers' orders cycle in its entirety to successful completion.
• Coordinate activities between different departments including sales, engineering support, production, and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' needs and expectations.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, by proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customers' needs on an ongoing basis through required follow-ups and check ins.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy of information output in the quotes, customer orders, work orders, and any other communications that are relevant to work related activities.
• Provide accurate and timely project estimations to meet customer needs.
• Process RFQ's in the system.
• Learn, understand and implement company's manufacturing capabilities.
• Source and compare best manufacturing and quoting options.
• Maintain all supply/services database.

Requirements:

• Mechanical/design engineering degree.
• Professional-level communication skills.
• Conversational English (pre-employment testing may be conducted).
• Ability to see the big picture and owning project accountability.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Office applications.
• Schedule flexibility - work hours are US Central Time Zone
• Previous managerial experience is highly desired.
