Full-time, Kharkiv office.
Build and maintain customer relationships, coordinate projects, meet and exceed customer's expectations via timely and accurate estimating, and by providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Manage customers' orders cycle in its entirety to successful completion.
- Coordinate activities between different departments including sales, engineering support, production, and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' needs and expectations.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, by proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customers' needs on an ongoing basis through required follow-ups and check ins.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy of information output in the quotes, customer orders, work orders, and any other communications that are relevant to work related activities.
- Provide accurate and timely project estimations to meet customer needs.
- Process RFQ's in the system.
- Learn, understand and implement company's manufacturing capabilities.
- Source and compare best manufacturing and quoting options.
- Maintain all supply/services database.
Requirements:
- Mechanical/design engineering degree.
- Professional-level communication skills.
- Conversational English (pre-employment testing may be conducted).
- Ability to see the big picture and owning project accountability.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Office applications.
- Schedule flexibility - work hours are US Central Time Zone
- Previous managerial experience is highly desired.
