Job Details

Position: Data Analyst

Location: Ukraine

PSD (Professional Service Department)

Responsibilities

1. Extract and process data from the self-developed or third-party big data platform and output data analysis reports based on data analysis requirements raised by internal and external customers.

2. Accumulate the analysis approach and framework, output analysis templates or data product requirements, and consolidate them into data assets.

Qualifications Required

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in computer, mathematics, statistics and relevant background.

2. Excellent knowledge of data cleaning, mining, analysis, modelling and forecasting.

3. Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Must be fluent in English, working ability to use Chinese is better but not critical.

Preferred Skills

1. Proficiency in data analysis language SQL, Python, R etc and ability to output analysis report by BI tools.

2. Proficiency in database technologies, capable of using Hadoop/Hive to analyze massive data

3. Have experience in using machine learning algorithms to solve modeling problems is preferred.

4. Data analyst experience is preferred

5. Hands-on Telecom industry experience, including wireless, core network, and so on.

6. Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred.
