Product Manager

This position will be responsible for Ukraine HUAWEI AppGallery/GameCenter Business Growth of content & campaign platform operation, with a clear focus on Content / Campaign value Perception, Awareness, Acquisition, Activity, Monetization and Retention. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge and hands-on experience in the mobile apps industry, along with deep understanding of end user needs and expectations.

Responsibility:

• Make App/Game content updating plan and implement in content management system.
• Be sensitive to the hot topic regarding apps and make different content plan, like sections, collections to improve the downloading of apps.
• Find and support alternative channels of promotion, like KOLs, social media channels, etc  

• Master the latest product capability of campaign platform and guide Game Owners to design different campaigns.

• Support Game Owners to implement the campaign requirement in the platform, and responsible for the campaign quality.

• Leverage data and insights to understand contents and identify campaign to-be-improved points

• Proactively suggest improvements to Content, Marketing/influencers, User Operations and Product to optimize the business performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of higher
• 2+ years of experience in the digital business operation, with focus on content operation and creation
• Deep understanding of Mobile user consumption trends, needs and expectations
• Highly motivated with ability to work efficiently in demanding and fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills of English & Ukrainian/Russian
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Ability to juggle simultaneous tasks efficiently and work thoroughly
• Experience with Excel, digital platform, etc. 
• Attention to detail
• Fluent in English
