In-house Lawyer (Financial and International Law, Litigation)

Agrotrade Group is a vertically integrated holding with a full agricultural production cycle, including production, processing, storage and trade of agricultural commodities. We are looking for an in-house lawyer to support our expanding legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drafting financial agreements with Ukrainian and foreign banks and funds (loan, surety, guarantee, pledge and mortgage agreements);

* Drafting international contracts;

* Formation and support of companies in multiple jurisdictions (including cooperation with foreign lawyers, registrars, agents, brokers etc);

* Opening bank accounts in Ukraine and abroad.

Skills:

* Advanced English;

* Experience in drafting financial agreements;

* Degree in Law;

* Attention to details;

* Multitasking;

* Strong communication, stress resistance, team player.
