Recruiter (Non-IT Positions)

Due to extreme team expansion, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our amazing Recruitment Team. 

Our main task is to build and maintain the company’s recruitment service at the highest level, both for external candidates and for internal customers.
You will be challenged in attracting candidates for the various business teams and departments.

As an ambassador of the brand, you will work to ensure all candidates have a world-class experience with us while navigating them throughout all stages of the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting process experience;
• Strong knowledge of common recruitment practices and techniques;
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to jump between high-level strategy and tactical execution;
• High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling interviews;
• Experience in working with a fast-growth organization with competing priorities;
• Experience with ATS;
• Upper-intermediate English.

Will be a plus:

• Expertise in conducting Competency-Based Interviews;
• Experience in the fintech domain.

Responsibilities:

• Full recruitment cycle, screening, interviewing, and short-listing potential candidates (internationally);
• Creating ideal candidate profiles, identifying targets, and source candidates;
• Search for candidates using various sources and tools;
• Thoroughly vet candidates;
• Manage the recruiting process from job posting to onboarding;
• Focus on candidate experience by providing prompt and effective communication to candidates and hiring managers during the process;
• Collaboration with hiring managers for effective management of their expectations and ensuring success.
