Requirements:

• 2+ years of work experience as a Team Lead in the digital marketing sphere that can be confirmed by certain results;
• Extensive experience in B2C is a must;
• Working knowledge of both acquisition and retention directions (more focus on acquisition);
• Experience in creating and implement successful marketing funnels;
• At least Upper-intermediate level English in both written and verbal communication;
• Deep understanding of basic marketing metrics (ROI, eCPM, CTR, LTV, CAC);
• Good understanding of reporting and analysis tools, skill to consolidate data from various sources;
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
