Deputy Chief Accountant

On behalf of our client, international FMCG Company, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of Deputy Chief Accountant, Kyiv

Requirements:

• High education on economics/finance/accounting or relevant work experience;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Deputy/Senior Accountant, Auditor;
• Knowledge of statutory accounting, tax legislation and US GAAP;
• Experience with Accounts Payable, General Ledger. Preparations of statutory VAT reports.
• Advanced user of PC, good knowledge of Excel and Word
• Experienced in PC-based accounting systems,
• English language (fluent, upper-Intermediate as minimum);
• Good communications skills, good team player, positive, open mind.

Responsibilities:

• AP to local and foreign vendors;
• Checking and booking AP documents in ERP;
• Daily Statutory accounting;
• Monthly supporting of VAT reporting;
• Accounting adjustments between financial and tax accounting;
• InterCo invoices, contracts and accounting;
• AP monthly reconciliation;
• Checking and booking AP documents in ERP;
• Income Tax return, breakdown;
• Supporting in collecting documents from vendors ;
• Statutory (statistic) reporting - other than BS and PL;
• Lead monthly, quarterly, annual closing procedures
• Financial Reporting;
• Contracts review and validation from accounting side.
