 Responsibilities

•  Render dispute resolution services including administrative and commercial litigation: represent clients in Ukrainian courts, and prepare and submit procedural documents 
•  Provide support in execution of the court decisions
• Give advice on litigation matters (prepare memoranda)
•  Render advocacy services during investigations related to white collar crimes
• Maintain project time management to meet internal and external deadlines
• Collaborate with junior colleagues, perform reviews of the deliverables prepared by them, and develop their technical skills 

Requirements 

•  University degree in law from a reputable university
•  3+ years of professional experience in international or reputable Ukrainian law firm / consultancy (litigation)
•   Experience in preparing recommendations and drafting documents in English, Ukrainian and Russian
•   Advocacy qualification 
•    Excellent knowledge of English: verbal and written
•   Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
