Project Manager (Project Admin)

Mementia is looking for a part-time project manager to join our self-managed team. This Role is accountable for project velocity and getting things done on projects overall. As such, it is one of our most important roles for client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver smaller projects of moderate risk and complexity, on-time and on-budget with high quality and client satisfaction
  2. Serve as the primary delivery lead and internal and external point of contact for their projects
  3. Produce and manage roadmaps in accordance to the constraints identified
  4. Lead and engage in internal and external communications regarding all aspects of the project, including technical discussions
  5. Produce and communicate internal and external project status reports and maintain all necessary project documentation
  6. Monitor and manage the project budget
  7. Facilitate problem solving discussions as well as team and client meetings
  8. Implement existing methodologies and utilize the given toolset to manage projects
  9. Identify and communicate risks and issues internally and externally
  10. Any other reasonable or necessary activity required by management or leadership

Qualifications

  • Fluent English is a must-have, other languages are an advantage
  • At least 1?2 years working as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital environment
  • Experience managing eCommerce support or implementation projects on Shopify or Magento
  • Proven understanding of standard project methodologies
  • Proven ability to deliver low to moderate risk projects, with demonstrable skills that show the ability to manage projects of moderate levels of risk and complexity
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal communication skills, time management, with a proven ability to do this at a management level internally and externally
  • Experience creating and managing project timelines and monitoring budgets
  • Experience working with clients and within scopes of work
  • At least 4 hours of availability per day
