Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Junior Recruiter

Requirements:

• Experience in the similar position 6+ months will be a PLUS
• Good analytical skills and willingness to learn fast
• You can effectively communicate with the candidates and build a long-term relationship
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Upper-intermediate English

Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-screening to analyze candidates’ skills
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates
• Communication with candidates
• Work closely with the HR managers on the remote basis
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
