Experienced Consultant - Strategic & Reputation Risk

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant to join the Strategic & Reputation Risk Team of Risk Advisory Department at the Kyiv office.

Deloitte's Risk Advisory Department is a leading provider of internal control, internal audit and risk management in the CIS, with over 300 dedicated professionals across 14 offices, serving clients in the CIS and abroad.

As part of this team, you will work with high-profile clients, including owner-managed businesses, multinationals and public companies in a variety of industry sectors. You will have the opportunity and support to take on responsibility early on, making a real contribution from day one.

 The role will involve:

• Gaining experience in providing consulting services in the field of corporate governance, as well as related services
• Delivering corporate governance engagements to local and international clients
• Identifying enterprise risks, analyzing business processes
• Assistance to all team members in the field of business development
• Reporting to the team leader and/or project manager
• Developing project deliverables and meeting all deadlines
• Drafting reports, finalizing findings and recommendations with clients’ representatives
• Collaboration  with colleagues from other departments aimed at expanding the range of offerings in the field of risk management for our key clients and partner companies

Requirements:

• Higher Degree with Economical/Financial/Legal background
• 2-3 years of working experience
• Working experience in Big-4 or consulting company would be a significant advantage
• Advanced user of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio
• Good knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate, above is better)
• Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks
• Knowledge of current industry trends
• Strong skills in math, analysis, logic, abstract thinking
• Rapid development of project and time management skills, as well as interview skills.
• Advanced communicative, interpersonal and presentational skills
