Intern (Human Capital group)

    Deloitte is seeking an Intern (full/part-time)  to join the Human Capital Advisory Services group at the Kyiv office.

    Human Capital practice combines project and program management capabilities with Human Resources consulting; change management, organizational design and leadership expertise, helping our clients identify, manage and solve talent issues that cause businesses to perform below their potential.

    The role will involve:

    • Search and analysis of information related to Human Capital issues
    • Study of global Human Capital practices
    • Preparation of presentations
    • Preparation of proposals for clients
    • Assistance in conduction and analysis of interviews and focus groups
    • Assistance in organization of various events for clients (for instance, workshops, lectures, etc.)


    • Desire to develop in Human Capital sphere
    • Degree in Statistics, Economic Cybernetics, Mathematical Economics, Econometrics, Economics Theory or related (expected or obtained) will be a plus 
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Ukrainian, Russian and English
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Analytical thinking
    • Attention to details with a commitment to high quality and accuracy
