Business Analyst (CRM system)

Deloitte is seeking a Business Analyst (CRM) at the Kyiv office.

The role will involve:

• Find ways to achieve the client's strategic goals;
• Ensure continuous processes of preparation and improvement of internal reporting;
• Provide technical support for CRM system users;
• Write and proofread technical tasks to improve the CRM system;
• Support for different internal projects.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in similar position;
• Excellent skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query)
• Intermediate level of English as a minimum;
• Presentation skills;
• The creative approach for non-trivial tasks;
• Skills to work independently;
• Inspiration to be initiative;
• It's an advantage if you have experience with VBA, CRM or SharePoint, business process modeling, or process automatization.
