Junior business-process analyst

Deloitte is seeking a Junior business-process analyst to join the Project Management group within the Internal Client Services department at the Kyiv office.

The role will involve:

• Participation in projects on optimization and automation of business processes.

Main tasks:

• Audit of existing business processes;
• Identification of the need for optimization and automation of business processes - interviews with internal clients;
• Development of analytical models and process maps for automation;
• Development of analytical models;
• Conducting interviews, preparing presentations for management.

To be considered you should possess:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience;
• Extensive MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio);
• Familiarity with CRM|ERP systems;
• Knowledge of data collection tools (surveys, RDF, analysis of accounting systems, etc.)
• Possession of data analysis tools (modeling, forecasting, retrospective analytics);
• Experience in developing and describing, as well as optimizing processes, writing instructions and standards (will be a plus);
• Experience in the development and implementation of software and writing TT;
• A logical and systematic approach to solving analytical tasks
