Social media specialist

Deloitte is seeking a Social media specialist to join the Business Development Group within the Internal Client Services department at the Kyiv office.

The role will involve:

• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Maintain and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter)
• Promote the company's events and initiatives, using key messages to refine into simple, memorable pieces of content, across various channels
• Create visual images/photos for a range of creative, admin and documentary purposes (people, places, events)
• Work with designers to create visual content and visual brand elements to bring communications concepts to life, especially in social media posts.
• Maintain weekly social media communication calendars for each platform and execute on it
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with communication policies
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices
• Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages
• Proof/edit a variety of marketing materials, including articles, site materials, reports, and marketing emails.

To be considered you should possess:

• Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English; ability to convert information into strong & clear messages
• Ability to compose a shot, understand framing, color and light to create a visually perfect images
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and translate it into modified/new content
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Excellent multitasks management and time-management skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and proactive
• Positive attitude, open mind and flexibility
• Team player
• Sense of humor is a big advantage
• References on texts and photo portfolio
