HR Team Lead position combines Lead for HR People Partners and HR Administrators team and HR expert in People Management area. The main focus of the company is personnel development and retention. People Partnership Institute is one of the critical areas of the company's work.

Responsibilities

Build and lead an effective and result-oriented People Partnership team
Participate in the selection and formation of the People Partners team
Participate in the onboarding of new team members together with HR Business Partners
Be responsible for organizing the Performance review process for the HR People Partner team. Participate in setting goals, help in creating development plans
Develop and provide training to People Partners and managers regarding employee relations issues, external/internal trends, best practices in people management
Ensure and keep track of team members' motivation
Manage team conflicts
Be responsible for the audit of the quality of the People Partnership practices
Work on improving the People Partnership Institute together with HR Business Partners
Be accountable for HR project management
Be the carrier of HR expertise for the team and the company. Be a trusted expert in all HR fields
Initiate and drive changes in the People Management area

Requirements

At least 5 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry)
HR interviewing experience
Full cycle HR experience in adaptation, motivation, development, and retention of personnel
Experience in introducing, composing, and updating company's policies
Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English
