Middle Backend Developer (AdTech Project)

CUSTOMER

Our customer is a US-based leading performance marketing engine that delivers tailored experiences at scale.

PROJECT

We are now looking for specialists to create a new platform for segmentation, analysis, retargeting, and management of advertising campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Product team to deliver quality features in high-quality code and best practices
• Enforce strong coding best practices, guidelines, and standards throughout the team
• Ensure that all code is clearly tested from end to end
• Flexibility and comfort across all stacks should allow you to help solve issues at all levels, including code modularity and re-use
• Work comfortably across multiple levels of the Development stack
• Be able to ship high quality, well-tested code

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency with Go, Java, or similar programming languages
• Familiarity with computer science fundamentals e.g. data structures, algorithms, time complexity, etc.
• Understanding of SOA, RESTful APIs, and micro-services
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Understanding of Cloud Computing, Containers, CI/CD, Deployments, preferably on Google Cloud Platform
• Has worked in the Agile Framework Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• A good understanding of operational issues, load balancing, cost, performance, etc.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate level of spoken and written English
