Technical Support Engineer (Automotive, night shift)

We are working on a project for the Swedish engineering and development center that supports future C-segment cars. Engineers support connectivity service with operations and monitoring as a supplement to daily business for the client's European market.

Responsibilities:

• Providing 2nd level technical support services on a 24/7 basis
• Securing that the agreed levels of service are met according to the Service Level Agreement SLA
• Monitoring of Infrastructure and Integrations to other systems
• Incident and escalation reporting
• Reporting status and progress according to the project and Company demands
• Creating and updating support and maintenance related documentation
• Performing all tasks and providing deliverables on a good level of quality
• Reporting status and progress according to the project and company demands
• Maintaining and developing positive relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

• Working experience as an L2 Support Engineer
• Experience with open tracing standards
• Understanding of standard ITSM processes log and report incidents/problem
• At least Intermediate level of English
• Readiness for night shifts

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of GCP tools Google Cloud Armor, Google Security Command Center, Google IAM
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure
• Working experience with Kubernetes
• Basic knowledge of Stackdriver, Grafana, Gitlab
• Experience with Ivanti Incident Management
• Understanding of MQTT & HTTPS
• Experience with Kiali Service Mesh and configuration
