Quality Manager

We are looking for a skilled Quality Manager with a good background in ISO 9001. We expect you to be able to support Quality Management Systems of IT Company. As a Quality Manager, you will be maintaining existing QMS, monitoring fulfillment of QMS requirements, and advising on the performance of the quality management system.

Responsibilities:

Being a part of our Quality Management Team we expect that you will be responsible for:

• Audit and assessment of quality management system. Initiating and leading improvement to the system
• Maintenance of the integrity of quality management system. Making sure documentation, process descriptions, policies, manuals correspond to each other
• Collecting quality measurements from key business processes, consolidation, and preparation of analytical executive reports
• Performing quality audits, creating audit reports
• Identifying nonconformities, recording them
• Administering CAPA storage and cultivating continuous improvements process
• Development of documentation, templates, process descriptions, and manuals

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of quality management, preferably in the IT field
• Understanding of ISO9001:2015, certification is desirable
• Experience in reports preparation, working with numbers, KPIs and stats
• At least Intermediate level of English
