Senior Node.js Developer (Ad Tech Solution)

We are excited to welcome a Senior JavaScript Developer to become a part of our experienced team developing a high-performing Ad Tech solution.

Project Description.

Our customer is a USA-based company with more than 15 years of experience in the Ad Tech field. The platform we are developing optimizes user experience related to video advertising and generates more revenue as a result. It is already processing production traffic for multiple SSP/DSP providers with consistently positive results. One of the challenges for you will be to create a prediction system based on multiple input parameters.

Responsibilities: 

• Performing coding and debugging
• Performing unit and integration testing
• Participating in peer code and design reviews
• Taking part in estimation and planning sessions
• Contributing to development of technical project documentation and user documentation
• Participating in conference calls and face-to-face meetings with the Customer and Customer's partners
• Spotting current deficiencies in the development process, adopted procedures and engineering practices, environment configurations, etc., and suggesting improvements

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of commercial experience with JavaScript
• In-depth Node.js, Express.js knowledge
• Fluent in ES6
• Proficient knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proven skills of software design
• Respecting SOLID principles when doing a design or writing a code
• Up to date knowledge of modern web standards, front-end performance patterns, scalability and accessibility
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus:

• Experience with AWS
• Ad Tech experience
• VAST/VPAID knowledge
• Designing separate components, modules, classes, database tables, etc.
