Digital Marketing Manager

De Civitate Group is a consultancy firm, specializing in Citizenship and Migration law. From a small team back in 2013, we’re now serving clients from all around the globe, including our biggest markets USA, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Israel, and South Africa. We are proud to have assisted 400+ clients from 20 countries and 6 continents in restoring Lithuanian or Latvian Citizenship by descent. We’re expanding our service range to include company registration and residence permits as well as going into new markets and looking for an Online Digital Marketing Manager as an addition to our awesome team.

ESSENTIAL PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques;
• Excellent verbal and written English (the test is provided);
• Deep expertise in PPC (ADW, FB) or SEO;
• Knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office;
• Familiarity with marketing software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Sprout Social, Google Analytics);
• Great Organizational skills, punctuality;
• Being able to work under stress (i.e. meet KPIs and deadlines);
• Graphic design skills will be a plus;
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices;
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Assist in the development of marketing and campaign activities, including community management, copywriting, copyediting, creative, email, social media, PPC and SEO;
• Conduct brand, competition, and industry market analysis and research;
• Control creatives and analyze their performance;
• Develop marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data;
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

The expected result is an increase in the number of relevant leads by at least 100% by the end of the year.

• This is completely remote work;
• Opening hours: 9AM to 6PM;
• Your salary will consist of a fixed rate (from 800 to 1200 Euros depending on your experience and skills) and a bonus based on the reached KPIs;
