IT Recruiter

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in IT recruiting in a product, gaming, outsourcing companies or recruiting agencies;
• Experience in leading a full-cycle recruitment process;
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques;
• Have understanding of IT job market in Ukraine and be familiar with various programming languages/technologies;
• Strong skills of recruiting process: interviewing, selecting, negotiating job offers);
• Intermediate level of English;
• Ability to work independently and be responsible for the result;
• Thinking out of the box, analytical, proactive person.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process;
• Support candidates on all stages of the recruitment flow;
• Screen candidates' resumes, conduct interviews, give feedback to candidates;
• Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they become a part of AppVesto team;
• Create, and publish job profiles and distribute them on social media channels and relevant job boards;
• Recruitment database maintenance.
