Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in IT recruiting in a product, gaming, outsourcing companies or recruiting agencies;
- Experience in leading a full-cycle recruitment process;
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques;
- Have understanding of IT job market in Ukraine and be familiar with various programming languages/technologies;
- Strong skills of recruiting process: interviewing, selecting, negotiating job offers);
- Intermediate level of English;
- Ability to work independently and be responsible for the result;
- Thinking out of the box, analytical, proactive person.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process;
- Support candidates on all stages of the recruitment flow;
- Screen candidates' resumes, conduct interviews, give feedback to candidates;
- Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they become a part of AppVesto team;
- Create, and publish job profiles and distribute them on social media channels and relevant job boards;
- Recruitment database maintenance.
