DL Sourcing & Recruiting specialist

DL Sourcing & Recruiting specialist will be based in Mukachevo.

Person selected for the position will be responsible for a variety of direct labor recruitment activities ensure the organization's recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether, and how to apply for a vacant position.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate testing process.
• Respond to inquiries from candidates, hiring managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization's recruitment activities and about the status of hiring.
• Contact applicants, arrange testing, interview times and develop appropriate questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that testing/interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
• Interview, check references and recommend most qualified applicants.
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization's recruitment policies.
• Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need to decide whether to accept the position.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.

• University or college degree and experience in related field from 3 years;
• Strong working knowledge of the project management methodology, procedures, practices & controls
• Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization
• Well organized & disciplined, good attention to detail, sets priorities and manages time effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills (e.g. coaching, motivating, conflict management)
• Accurate, data-driven, logical, and analytical
• Strong working knowledge of the MS Office
• Good presentations skills
• High command of written and verbal English, Ukrainian
