Internal Auditor

Key responsibilities:

• Performing internal controls on administrative routines in the stores, and ensuring compliance with company's policies and procedures (audit visits);
• Ensure that the necessary actions are taken to reduce stock adjustments and cash differences in the country;
• Investigation of both internal and external fraud and theft that may result in potential or actual financial loss for company;
• Influence over and involvement in the training of store management with regards to administrative routines, procedures etc;
• Providing input and advice to local stakeholders from their field of expertise: Article tagging, security, exit controls, surveillance etc;
• Contributing to general employee safety with regards to minimising the risk of robbery, violence, theft etc;
• Participate as resource on projects pointed at stores concerning operation in the stores.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• English upper-intermediate+;
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills;
• Readiness for often business trips around Ukraine;
• Driven license B (preferable);
• Responsible;
• Stress resistance;
• Multitasking.
