Customer Support Specialist (fluent English & French)

We are looking for a full-time, motivated and confident Customer Support Specialist to join our amazing Customer Service Team.

Responsibilities:

• Providing users with excellent support via messenger and incoming/outgoing calls;
• Settlement of conflict situations while maintaining customer loyalty to the brand;
• Understand the mechanics of the service and provide competent assistance to customers;
• Report bugs and record user requests to improve the service;
• Collection and provision of data for improvement of user experience and customer needs;
• Contribute to the team work to improve the quality of the Rocket project.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English;
• Experience of working with clients;
• Experience as a contact center operator and chat operator will be an advantage;
• Confident PC user;
• Excellent problem solving skills;
