• Listening and evaluation of telephone conversations
• Giving feedback to each sales manager
• Preparation of reports on the quality of the conversation

Requirements:

• Arabic - if you can express your thoughts freely - it is more than enough
• English or Russian at a high level
• Resistance to stress, ability to manage conflict, communication skills
