ABOUT THE ROLE

Our GTM Product Manager was created to be the execution hub of this evolution and growth. If you have a passion for enabling change, helping shape complex ideas into executable plans, and want to work'in the future' now, this GTM Product Manager position may be a phenomenal fit for you. GTM Product Manager is part of the Product Strategy that focuses on driving business growth in Ukranian OPPO division. The Manager will be tasked with helping develop Work Sales Organization offerings and building tools, reports, sales enablement materials to support market growth.

Even though no one directly reports to this role, it is a ganglion for communications between the CEO, managerial positions in sales/marketing and the plant. Responsible for sales analysis, pricing, logistics

 

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a GTM strategy in the Ukrainian market
  • Facilitate across diverse working groups to create the GTM plan, timeline, and program structure (including risks and trade-offs).
  • Supporting sales and marketing teams with problem solving approaches and be willing to drive issues and actions to closure.
  • Supporting sales and marketing teams in communication and customer concern processes based on the GTM governance framework
  • Partner with marketing and sales enablement to create sales collateral and training; help drive enablement for sales, presales, partners and services organizations in support of new offering launches.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, market dynamics and industry trends for the offerings supported.
  • Gather and analyze relevant customer and product data to identify the potential market.
  • Coordinate with senior sales and marketing leadership, product management and other internal stakeholders to develop offering milestones and metrics to measure progress against goals.
  • Solicit and incorporate internal and external feedback to monitor offering's progress and, if needed, work to adjust execution plans accordingly to meet and exceed OPPO's revenue objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, management, with 3-4 years specializing in the telecommunications and retail market
  • Experience in a distribution company will be an advantage
  • Able to collaborate effectively across business functions and with different personalities
  • Able to navigate and drive alignment in a complex global organization
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Ukrainian (daily oral and written communication in English)
  • Knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage

 

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 20%
